1. Skip the Pre-Press or Pre-Iron:
There's no need to remove moisture from the garment. Pre-pressing is optional.

2. Position Your Design:
Carefully align your transfer on the item. While heat-resistant tape is not usually necessary for flat heat presses, it's recommended for hats or handheld iron applications. Use your best judgment to decide when it's needed.

3. Press:
Apply the transfer with Heavy pressure at 310°F (155°C) for 15 seconds. You can press with more heat, pressure, or time without damaging the transfer, within reason. However, excessive heat may harm the garment, so always test first and use parchment paper or a protective sheet to shield the fabric from direct contact.

4. Peel Immediately, or Let it Cool: Our versatile transfers can be peeled hot or cold. Immediately after opening the heatpress gently lift a corner and peel back the transfer. Remember, don't just use your hands—use your eyes to ensure every part of the design adheres properly. If any part hasn't adhered, lay it back down and follow these steps:

• If part of the design didn’t stick, it means more heat, pressure, or time is needed. Repress for an additional 5-10 seconds with more pressure.
• If that doesn’t work, increase the temperature by 15°F in increments until you achieve the desired result. Multiple presses will not damage the transfer.

If you prefer cold peel allow the transfer to cool down (at least 15-30 seconds) before peeling and follow the same previous steps.

5. Final Press & Washing Instructions:
Place a piece of parchment paper or a single layer of fabric over the design and press again for 5 seconds. This will soften the design, improve durability, and reduce any shine. For a shiny finish, use a protective teflon sheet during the final press. When washing, turn the garment inside out, wash with cold water, and either tumble dry on low heat or hang dry.

Refunds & Reprints

Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order to submit a request for a refund or reprint. We will reprint any order where there is a print quality or adherence issue. However, we will not issue a reprint if the uploaded file is low quality. If you'd like a refund or reprint for another reason, it must be approved by management first.

All file types accepted, vector files are always preferred, raster art should be at least 300 DPI.
