Refund & Return Policy

At Top Tier Print Lab, we take pride in producing high-quality custom products. Because many of our items are made-to-order, our return and refund policy is designed to be fair while protecting the integrity of our production process.


General Returns (Eligible Items Only)

We offer a 30-day return policy on eligible, non-custom items.

To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

To start a return, contact us at contact@toptierprintlab.com.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Custom Printed Products (Final Sale)

The following items are final sale and non-returnable:

  • Custom DTF Transfers
  • Custom UV DTF Transfers
  • Custom Printed Apparel
  • Any made-to-order or personalized items

These products are created specifically for your order and cannot be restocked or resold.


Inspect Your Order Upon Delivery

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt to ensure:

  • All items are correct
  • There are no defects or print issues

Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.


Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will make it right.

To submit a claim:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the issue
  • Include your order number

If approved, we will offer:

  • A reprint, or
  • Store credit or a refund (if a reprint is not desired)

👉 Important:
If a refund or store credit is requested instead of a reprint, the defective items must be returned to us before the refund or credit is issued.


Artwork Responsibility

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • You are responsible for submitting print-ready artwork
  • Files should be high resolution (300 DPI), properly sized, and transparent where required

We are not responsible for issues caused by:

  • Low-resolution images
  • Backgrounds (including transparency grids)
  • Incorrect sizing or placement
  • Poor file quality

All files are printed as submitted.


Color Disclaimer

Printed colors may vary from what you see on screen due to:

  • Monitor differences (RGB vs. CMYK)
  • Material and ink limitations

Slight color variation is normal and not considered a defect.


Application Responsibility (DTF & UV DTF Transfers)

We guarantee the quality of our transfers, but we are not responsible for application errors, including:

  • Incorrect heat, pressure, or time
  • Improper materials or surfaces
  • User error during pressing or application

We strongly recommend testing before full production.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Customer-submitted artwork errors
  • Low-resolution or poor-quality files
  • Color variation expectations
  • Incorrect sizes selected by the customer
  • Orders no longer needed
  • Shipping delays once the order has left our facility

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be changed or canceled once production has started
  • Cancellation requests before production are subject to approval

Shipping Responsibility

Once your order is handed off to the shipping carrier (UPS, USPS, etc.), we are not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays
  • Lost or stolen packages

Any claims must be filed directly with the carrier.


Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges.


Refund Processing (If Approved)

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider
