CUSTOM SCREEN PRINTING
Screen printing is a traditional decoration process that involves pushing ink through a woven mesh stencil onto a garment's fabric. The small openings in the screen creates the space through which the ink will go to create the print. The ink is then pushed through the mesh by a blade or squeegee. As the ink is pushed through the mesh and onto the garment, the design is printed on its fabric.

With screen printing as your print method, something to keep in mind is that only one ink color can be applied at a time. Therefore, with each ink colour that you add to your design, the setup time and associated costs rise. An individual screen needs to be created in advance for each ink colour which means that it takes the same amount of time for setup whether we print 1 or 1000 shirts.
That’s why screen printing is a good choice for designs with a few solid colors, and when you’re putting together an order with a higher number of t-shirts of the same design. When printing large quantities, screen printing is the most economical choice. The more shirts you order, the lower the cost per shirt. At Top Tier Print Lab we waive all setup fees for orders of 12 pieces or more select the best print method for each job, taking order size into account. Screen printing is usually used for designs of 1-3 colours that are being printed on more than 24 pieces.
