At Top Tier Print Lab, we pride ourselves on fast turnaround times and reliable shipping. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing, delivery, and responsibilities.


Order Processing & Turnaround Time

  • Orders placed before 1:00 PM (EST) are typically processed same day
  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be processed the next business day
  • Orders with Rush Priority may be processed same day up until 3:00 PM (EST)

Processing time refers to production time and does not include shipping time.

During high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be extended.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship using major carriers such as UPS and USPS.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • UPS Ground: 1–5 business days (depending on location)
  • UPS 3 Day Select: 3 business days (carrier timeline begins after processing)
  • UPS Next Day Air: Next business day (carrier guarantee applies after shipment is processed)
  • USPS (select items like sample packs): Delivery times may vary

Please note:

  • Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Top Tier Print Lab
  • Shipping time begins once your order has been picked up and scanned by the carrier

Shipping Delays

Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, Top Tier Print Lab is not responsible for shipping delays, including those caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier backlogs or service disruptions
  • Holidays or peak shipping seasons

For delayed shipments, please contact the carrier directly for updates.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Top Tier Print Lab is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

If you experience any of the above:

  • Please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim
  • If needed, we can assist by providing shipment details

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses
  • Delays or losses due to incorrect information

We cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed or shipped.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow time for tracking updates, as carriers may take several hours to scan and update shipment status.


Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for qualifying orders.

  • Orders ready for pickup will be confirmed via email
  • Most eligible orders placed before 1:00 PM (EST) may be ready same day

Please wait for confirmation before arriving.


Shipping Issues & Claims

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

  • Photos of the issue
  • Description of the problem

We will review and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Important Notes

  • Processing time and shipping time are separate
  • Faster shipping does not mean faster production unless Rush Priority is selected
  • All timelines are estimates and may vary
